Durch die Somatovitaltherapie (Spirovitalisierung) k\u00f6nnen COPD-Betroffene ihre Symptome lindern und neue bzw. mehr Lebensqualit\u00e4t durch diese Therapie erfahren (siehe Erfahrungsberichte \/Fachliteratur).<\/h3>\n<p><strong>COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)<\/strong> ist eine Sammelbezeichnung f\u00fcr <strong>chronische Erkrankungen der Atemwege.<\/strong> Hauptmerkmal ist die Produktion von dickfl\u00fcssigem, eitrigem Schleim in der Lunge, der nur schwer abzuhusten ist. H\u00e4ufig bilden sich zudem Emphyseme.<\/p>\n<p>Dies f\u00fchrt zu\u00ad\u00ad <strong>Kurzatmigkeit<\/strong> und erschwert den Betroffenen einfachste Alltagst\u00e4tigkeiten enorm. Wahrscheinliche Ursache der COPD ist eine jahrelange <strong>\u00dcberlastung der Lunge z. B. durch Rauchen oder einen feinstaubbelasteten Job.<\/strong> Wie weit die Krankheit fortgeschritten ist, l\u00e4sst sich durch den Lungenfunktionstest feststellen. Dieser gibt u.a. mit dem FEV1-Wert an, wie viel Luft in einer Sekunde ausgeatmet werden kann. Eingeteilt werden die Ergebnisse in die sogenannten GOLD-Stadien. Lediglich einzelne Symptome k\u00f6nnen verringert werden. Studien haben eindrucksvoll bewiesen, dass die Spirovitaltherapie gerade bei Lungenerkrankungen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich gute Ergebnisse erzielen kann. Im Gegensatz zur klassischen Sauerstofftherapie wird bei der Spirovitalisierung nicht eine h\u00f6here Menge sondern qualitativ hochwertigerer Sauerstoff zugef\u00fchrt. So kann die Lunge den Sauerstoff bei gleicher Leistung besser verwerten. Die Ergebnisse sind oftmals weniger Erk\u00e4ltungen, ein leichteres Abhusten des Schleims und somit eine freiere Atmung. Ein h\u00f6heres Wohlbefinden und mehr k\u00f6rperliche Energie sind die Folge. Viele Nutzer berichten sogar, dass ihnen das Gehen und Treppensteigen wieder leichter m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Alle K\u00f6rperzellen sind auf die st\u00e4ndige Zufuhr von Sauerstoff angewiesen. Dabei spielen der Sauerstoffgehalt der Einatemluft, die Funktionst\u00fcchtigkeit der Atemwege, die Diffusionskapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Sauerstoff von den Alveolen in das Gef\u00e4\u00dfsystem, der Transport \u00fcber ein intaktes Gef\u00e4\u00dfsystem und zahlenm\u00e4\u00dfig ausreichende sowie funktionst\u00fcchtige Erythrozyten, ein geordneter \u00dcbergang von Sauerstoff aus den Kapillaren ins Gewebe, ein durchl\u00e4ssiges Interstitium, eine intakte Aufnahme in die einzelnen Zellen, Weitertransport in zahlenm\u00e4\u00dfig ausreichende und funktionst\u00fcchtige Mitochondrien sowie eine optimale Enzymkapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr den aeroben Stoffwechsel eine tragende Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00f6rungen sind an vielen Stellen denkbar. Im Fall von Lungenemphysem liegt das Problem prim\u00e4r an der unzureichenden Diffusionskapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Sauerstoff von den Alveolen in das Gef\u00e4\u00dfsystem. Bei der chronischen Bronchitis kommt die Entz\u00fcndung und Verengung bis zur Verlegung von Bronchiolen bzw. Bronchien dazu. Das Vollbild der COPD ist durch die zus\u00e4tzliche Bildung und das \u201eNicht\u00ad bzw. Schwerabhustenk\u00f6nnen\u201c von z\u00e4hem Schleim und zunehmende Kurzatmigkeit (Sauerstoffnot) gekennzeichnet. Es liegt somit kein Sauerstoffmangel der Atemluft vor, der Sauerstoff kommt allerdings nicht am Ziel (Mitochondrien) an. Dieser aktive Zustand h\u00e4lt nur Bruchteile von Sekunden an. Noch bevor die Luft eingeatmet wird, f\u00e4llt der aktivierte Sauerstoff wieder in den urspr\u00fcnglichen (Grund\u00ad) Zustand zur\u00fcck. Dabei wird die zuvor aufgenommene Energie wieder frei und an das umgebende Wasser abgegeben, durch welches die Atemluft geleitet wird. Mit der Einatmung des atmosph\u00e4rischen Sauerstoffs wird den Atemwegen infolge der Wasserdampfs\u00e4ttigung der Einatemluft auch das energetisierte Wasser zugef\u00fchrt, welches die gew\u00fcnschte Anhebung der Sauerstoffverwertung einleitet. Durch diese wasservermittelte Energie\u00fcbertragung kommt es einerseits in den Erythrozyten zu einer Vermehrung von 2,3\u00adDiphosphoglyzerat (2,3\u00adDPG), einem wichtigen Vitalisator des zwischenmolekularen Phosphatgruppenausgleichs bei der Umwandlung von 3\u00adPG in 2\u00adPG, einem wichtigen Schritt der anaerob\u00adalaktaziden Energiegewinnung in den Erythrozyten. Im Allgemeinen ist die Konzentration des 2,3\u00adDPG niedrig, durch die Spirovitalisierung wird sie nachweisbar deutlich erh\u00f6ht. Damit kann 3\u00adPG schneller in 2\u00adPG \u00fcberf\u00fchrt werden, womit wieder der \u00dcbergang von 1,3\u00adDPG in 3\u00adPG bei gleichzeitig vermehrter Bildung von ATP beschleunigt wird mit der Folge, dass sich die Sauerstoffbindungskurve nach rechts verlagert. Damit wird bei gleicher O2 S\u00e4ttigung der pO2 erh\u00f6ht bzw. bleibt bei geringerer O2\u00adS\u00e4ttigung der pO2 gleich. Dies bedeutet eine verst\u00e4rkte Sauerstoffabgabe an die Umgebung, gleichbedeutend mit einer m\u00f6glichen Verbesserung der Utilisation von Sauerstoff, was sich auch in einer Erh\u00f6hung der AVDO2 manifestiert.<\/p>\n<p>Durch diesen Mechanismus scheint die Beobachtung erkl\u00e4rt, dass die Spirovitalisierung trotz geringerer Diffusion von Sauerstoff aus den Alveolen in das Gef\u00e4\u00dfsystem zu einer ausreichenden Sauerstoffversorgung der einzelnen Organsysteme beitragen kann. Eine zweite wichtige Auswirkung von Spirovitalisierung besteht in der Erh\u00f6hung der Immunkompetenz. Diese wird bewirkt einerseits \u00fcber eine erh\u00f6hte Aktivit\u00e4t des wei\u00dfen Blutbildes, eine verminderte Entz\u00fcndungsbereitschaft und eine Abnahme des oxidativen Stresses. Weiterhin f\u00fchrt die Spirovitalisierung (Singulett\u00adSauerstoff) nachweislich zum Abfangen von reaktiven Sauerstoffarten (ROS) bzw. zu einer Reduktion der O2\u00adRadikalen\u00adBildung. Irreversible Sch\u00e4den an Aminos\u00e4uren im menschlichen K\u00f6rper, verursacht durch atmosph\u00e4rische Nitratradikale, werden von Experten als potentielle Ursache f\u00fcr das Auftreten von Atemwegserkrankungen eingesch\u00e4tzt.<\/p>\n<p>In 2007 erfolgte die wissenschaftliche Auswertung von r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufigen Stellungnahmen von Spirovital\u00adEndanwendern und Spirovital\u00adTherapeuten der vergangenen Jahre, eine insgesamt aufschlussreiche Analyse. In 42 Protokollen wurde sich auf 163 Krankheiten bzw. Befindensst\u00f6rungen bezogen (3,9 Angaben pro Protokoll). 77 Prozent der mitgeteilten Beschwerden erstreckten sich auf funktionelle, 23 Prozent auf organische Bereiche. Eine Altersabh\u00e4ngigkeit bez\u00fcglich des Erfolgs bestand nicht, die Angaben reichten von 21 bis 91 Jahren. Mitunter kam es zu einer vor\u00fcbergehenden Verschlechterung, sp\u00e4testens ab dem 7. Bez\u00fcglich der bei COPD h\u00e4ufigen funktionellen St\u00f6rungen ergab sich bei den Endanwendern eine positive Beurteilung der Spirovitaltherapie f\u00fcr den Energiestatus (Leistung, Aktivit\u00e4t, Belastbarkeit, Kraft, Motivation), das Wohlbefinden (Schlafqualit\u00e4t, Stimmung, Atmung, Verdauung, Schmerzen, Immunlage) und die Regeneration (Vertiefung, Beschleunigung, Entspannung, Pulsberuhigung). Die einzelnen Aspekte trafen f\u00fcr alle Endanwender zu, die Rangfolge war jedoch, je nach individueller Ausgangslage, unterschiedlich. Es unterliegt somit keinem Zweifel, dass viele der angegebenen positiven funktionellen Ver\u00e4nderungen auch das Krankheitsbild \u201eCOPD mit Lungenemphysem\u201c tangierten.<\/p>\n<p><em>Therapeuten<\/em><br \/>\nAuch die Therapeuten\u00adEinsch\u00e4tzung ergab einen effektiven Einsatz der Spirovitaltherapie bei Erkrankungen der Atemwege. Als spezielle Indikationen wurden Asthma und COPD angef\u00fchrt. Mit COPD und Asthma einhergehende funktionelle St\u00f6rungen lassen sich nach Meinung der Therapeuten durch Spirovitalisierung ebenfalls gut beeinflussen, insbesondere Leistungsabfall, Schlafst\u00f6rungen und Abschw\u00e4chungen des Immunsystems.<\/p>\n<h6>Dr. Klaus Jung \/ Dr. phil.
